Frequently asked questions

What permissions does the app need, and why?
Camera is the only one. The front camera shows the makeup layer live and takes a skin photo if you want one; the back camera photographs product labels when you add them to your routine. If you deny camera access, the photo-free skincare flow still works in full.
Are my photos sent anywhere?
Makeup try-on frames never leave your device. A skin photo is sent only if you take one and tick the consent box, and it is deleted as soon as the analysis finishes. Details are in the privacy policy.
What if I don’t want to use AI?
Open Settings → AI analysis and turn the switch off. Your plan is then built by a deterministic rule engine instead of the model, and no data leaves your device for that purpose. You can turn it back on whenever you like.
How do I delete all my data?
Settings → Data → Delete routine and check-ins. This clears the data on your device and removes the synced copy on the server. No account needed, no need to contact anyone.
Do I need to create an account?
No. The app has no sign-in. Your data is tied to a random anonymous identifier generated on your device.
Does the app cost anything?
No. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no ads.
Are the “skin score” and “skin age” accurate?
They are estimates of how your skin looks in that particular photo, and they shift with lighting, camera angle and how your skin is that day. They are not medical measurements and not a diagnosis. Talk to a dermatologist before making any decision about your health.
The skincare screen says the analysis session ended.
Server sessions are cleared after a period of inactivity. Tap to retake the photo and start a new session; your saved plan and check-ins are unaffected.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone running iOS 26 or later. The app interface is in Vietnamese only.
